Faulkner State’s Nursing Department will have advising sessions for students interested in applying for the Nursing Program.

All three sessions begin at 2 pm on the Bay Minette Campus, Tyson Building, Room 139. Students intending to complete the nursing program through FSCC are encouraged to attend. More dates will be posted after the first of next year. For information on these sessions, call 251-580-2257.

The Sun Chief Volunteer Committee is selling precooked Boston Butts in an effort to raise money for the Baldwin County United Way. Just in time for football season, these smoked Boston Butts will make a excellent addition to any tail-gating party. Orders must be made by October 28, and the orders will be delivered the morning of November 4 to all three campuses. You may specify which campus you would like to get your order from on the order form below.
The Boston Butts are $25 each. Make checks payable to the Faulkner State Sun Chief Volunteers.

Each year, the Sun Chief Volunteers sponsor a non-profit organization by contributing proceeds from fundraisers held throughout the year. All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be combined with a grand total at the end of the academic year and presented to the Baldwin County United Way.
There will be a Sun Chief Volleyball Team tryout for the 2012-2013 season at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2011 on the Bay Minette Campus. Those interested may RSVP by calling Coach Ritchie Dulaney at 251-580-2114.
Faulkner State’s Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society chapter, Pi Psi, will have a blood drive on Wednesday, October 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Fort Cruse. Fort Cruse is the log cabin at the back of the Bay Minette campus. For more information, call 251-580-2106.
