Grilled Mahi on the April 15 Menu
The Frederic’s Restaurant dining series on the Gulf Shores Campus for Spring 2014 continues this week as students
and Faulkner State chefs make preparations for the upcoming weeks. The
Frederic’s Dinner Series consists of a gourmet meal prepared and served
by students in the Culinary and Hospitality programs
on the Gulf Shores Campus. Dinners are typically presented once a week
over the course of several weeks during the spring semester.
