Frederic’s Lunch Series – Spring 2015

Let us provide you with a world-class dining experience that doesn’t require a passport, airline travel, or a second mortgage.

The Frederic’s Lunch Series is a gourmet, three-course meal prepared and served by students in the Culinary and Hospitality programs on the Gulf Shores Campus; lunches are typically presented once a week on Wednesdays over the course of several weeks during the Spring Semester.

Lunch reservations are taken up to one week in advance, and attire is casual.  Menus may change based on seasonal availability.  There are three seatings available for reservations: 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, with 20 seats available per a seating (unless otherwise noted below).

If you are interested in being our guest for Lunch, here are some things you should keep in mind:

-Contact the Administrative Office at 251-968-3104 for a reservation.

-Call ahead of time for a reservation.

-Reservations can be made up to one week in advance of the lunch date, with a maximum of 20 reservations per seating.

-Tickets cost $15 per person, unless otherwise noted. There is a maximum of six tickets per party.

-Tickets may be paid with cash or charge and can be paid at the door. VISA, MasterCard, or Discover are all accepted.

-Dress is casual.

-Tips are appreciated and are used to fund student scholarships.

-The menu is set ahead of time. No item substitutions are allowed.

-By policy, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on any campus of Faulkner State Community College. Guests should not bring their own beverages to the lunch.
