Official Transcript Request form and return it to Faulkner State if you need a transcript sent directly to another institution or to an employer. Don't need an official copy? Log in to Interact with your student number and PIN (six digit birth month, day, and year is the default) and select Unofficial Transcript. - Alumni Registry

Did you register with the Alumni Registry prior to August 2005? If so, please take a moment to fill out a new registration form! This will ensure that our records are 100% up-to-date and will also allow us to be sure you are receiving a copy of the Alumni Newsletter in your email Inbox (but only if you mark the checkbox saying you want to receive email from us, of course!). Besides, we just love hearing from you and finding out what you're up to these days! Guess what we found!
- Were you here during 1993, 1995, 1996, or 1997? Did you miss out on buying a yearbook at that time? Have you moved and misplaced the yearbook you bought? You're in luck! We discovered a hidden stash of yearbooks from those years. Because we really want to get them into the hands of Alumni who would truly appreciate them for the memories they contain, we're selling them for $10 each (just to cover the cost of shipping the yearbook to you) while supplies last.
