*Note for Google Chrome Users
It has come to our attention that some who are using the Google Chrome browser are experiencing difficulty with the online application as well as many functions in Interact. After researching these issues with our software provider, we have discovered that they do not support the Google Chrome browser.
You can, however, download and install an extension for Chrome called “IE Tab” that will emulate Internet Explorer. (There may be other extensions available as well; this was the extension that was tested and seemed to function well.)
If you do not know how to install extensions in Chrome, or you are using some browser other than Internet Explorer and you are having difficulty with Apply Online Now or Interact, then switching to Internet Explorer should provide you with a more stable experience.
