Frederic's and the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute
are currently in the planning stages for
the Fall 2008 Dinner Series
The Frederic's Dinner Series is a gourmet, five-course meal prepared and served by students in the Culinary and Hospitality programs on the Gulf Shores Campus; dinners are typically presented once a week over the course of several weeks during the Fall and Spring semesters.
