Book Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the course is dropped during the designated Drop/Add period.  The student must bring the sales receipt to the Bookstore within five days of dropping the course to receive a refund.  In order to receive a full refund, the textbook must be in the same condition as when purchased.  If all requirements are met, a refund voucher will be issued and the Business Office will mail a check to the address on record within two to four weeks.  It is the student’s responsibility to keep a current address in the Student Records Office to ensure timely delivery of the check.

Book Buy-Back

Policy:  The College Bookstore conducts a Book Buy-Back during finals at the end of the semester on all three campuses.  Books are bought back only if they are on the Buy-Back list.  They must be in saleable condition and students must have a current ID card.   The Buy-Back list is posted on the web with dates and times approximately two weeks before the end of the semester.  A refund voucher will be issued and the Business Office will mail a check to the address on record within two to four weeks.  It is the student’s responsibility to keep a current address in the Student Records Office to ensure timely delivery of the check.  It is at the discretion of the College Bookstore to purchase used books.  Course and/or College withdrawals will be handled through the Book Buy-Back policy.

Spring Buy-Back will take place on all three campuses May 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 during regular Bookstore hours.  SPRING 2013 Buy Back List
